For more than 60 years, generations of families, teachers, and friends have helped CHCP grow into the school it is today. As a nonprofit cooperative preschool, tuition provides the foundation for our educational program and daily operations, while philanthropy creates opportunities to invest more deeply in the people, programs, and spaces that make CHCP special.

The Annual Fund

The Annual Fund provides flexible philanthropic support for CHCP’s greatest priorities beyond what tuition alone can provide.

Gifts of every size help CHCP invest in exceptional educators, expand access and financial assistance, enrich classroom learning and outdoor play, care for our campus, and strengthen the school’s long-term future.

Ways to Give

There are many ways to support CHCP. Every gift helps sustain and strengthen our school community.

• Employer Matching: Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double or even multiply the impact of your contribution.
• Give by Check: Checks may be made payable to Chapel Hill Cooperative Preschool and mailed or delivered to the school at 108 Mt. Carmel Church Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27517.
