Flexible Schedules for Families
Chapel Hill Cooperative Preschool is open from 7:30-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Within this framework, a variety of care schedules and associated fees are available to meet your needs.
The three-quarter day ends at 3:00 p.m.
The full day ends at 5:30 p.m.

Late Pick-Up Fee: If you are late picking up your child, a $10.00 fee applies for each 10-minute increment beyond your scheduled departure time. This fee doubles for each subsequent late occurrence within a given month.
Financial Assistance
CHCP is committed to making our school accessible to families when possible. Limited financial assistance may be available based on the school’s available resources and budget.
Assistance may include short-term support for currently enrolled families experiencing unexpected financial hardship, limited longer-term tuition assistance for eligible families, and participation in eligible child care subsidy programs.
All requests for financial assistance are considered individually and handled confidentially.
