The Board of Directors of the CHCP exists to secure and promote the financial, legal and ethical well-being of the organization and to ensure that it fulfills its mission. The role of the board is to advise the Executive Director and establish policies of the center. Responsibility for the daily operations of the school is the Executive Director.
